About me:

Two great younger ones- lights of my life. Post three divorces I've declared a holiday on marriages. Post MBA, moved to NYC to work in the investment department for US Trust at 45 Wall in '77. A year later joined an IB firm that dealt only in energy since 1901. Became a GP in 1980 and ran our PEG. Left in 1986 and created Energy Vulture Funds. Sold all the ops in '97 with offices in Houston, Bakersfield, Calgary and NYC. Lived mainly in residence commuting between Manhattan and LA for 25 years. Now focused on new energy transition tech. Moving back to NY in June. Done the usual biz shows on CNBC, CBC and number of magazines.

Alexandra went to Chapin in NYC through high school then graduated from Tufts. Now teaching at the Dalton school in NYC.

Still have my same interests in art, music, and worthy causes. Love life with my son at 14. Such formative years, being a great focus of mine. So critical he embrace character in all aspects. Married a bright person, so his intel is high with interests in history, and politics. He and Alexandra have gone beyond knowledge and developed true intelligence (solving complex problems). Very fortunate to have two wonderful younger ones. Nothing exceeds that in importance for me.

School Memories and Stories:

I made life long friends at AHHS that continued in UT and beyond. My youngest, Addison, is getting a great education, but I'd have him at AHHS if geography permitted in a heartbeat.

Certain stories, all great, are better left for chats at the reunion, and perhaps post 1-2 Margaritas.

Elementary Schools:

I cannot forget "duck and cover" exercises at Mount Sacred Heart. Indelibly etched.

Also at MSH, Never forget my first grade teacher, Sister Mary Euhrasia-- I was scared to death of her. She made our governess look like the Dalai Lama. However, she did prompt my first sex education lesson when I asked my Mother about why her body was so peculiar, and I was explained in simple terms the nature of "Cooper's Droop."
